Christine + Jeremy and I hit it off immediately when we hopped on a FaceTime call to chat about wedding photography. We had a lot in common, from loving fall weather and trees, going hiking, being outdoors, our extreme love for our pets…. anddddd Christine and I BOTH showed up in a green turtle neck. What are the odds!?!?
We met up at the Red Cedar Trail in Menomonie, Wisconsin to take their engagement photos – right next to the famous Lucette Brewing Company (aka the best place to get pizza in Menomonie!).
Christine texted me the morning of the session because they had a bit of a drive and there was a forecast of rain ALL DAY. Luckily – the rain kept getting pushed off and didn’t down pour until AFTER we were done taking photos and it ended up being the perfect weather for engagement photos – an overcast, not too cold or hot. Absolutely perfect.
Even if it DOES rain during engagement photos or on a wedding day – I am always prepared with a back up plan and a few clear umbrella’s in my car!
